CCPA Rights Requests
Right to Know and Right to Delete. You can request what personal information we have collected, used and disclosed in the preceding twelve (12) months. You can also request that we delete your personal information. We may not delete all of your personal information if one of the following exceptions applies:
Transactional: to complete a transaction for which your personal information was collected, provide a service requested by you, or perform a contract we have with you;

Please note that if we delete your personal information, some of our services will very limited or not work the same. For example, you will no longer have access to view locate, view or reprint orders. Our Customer Services will also no longer be able to locate or view your historical account information or order history.

Upon receipt of your request, we will also ask you to verify your email address. We will maintain a record of your request to know or request to delete.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA Rights and we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you with a lesser quality of goods or services if you exercise any of your CCPA Rights.
Colorado Privacy Rights
The Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) is a state law that gives consumers the right to know what personal information is being collected about them, why it is being collected, and how it will be used. CPA also gives consumers the right to control how their personal information is used and to delete their personal information. Nevada Consumer Privacy Rights
Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A provides consumers the right to request companies not to sell their personal information - even if the company is not currently selling such information. Ortiz Enterprises, Inc. does not sell your personal information with other companies. Oregon Consumer Privacy Rights
The Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA) gives Oregon residents certain rights over their personal data and establishes responsibilities and privacy protection standards for businesses that process personal data.
